Furthermore contained in this new image drop seems to be a site plan for Great St James island, situated in the Caribbean US territory.
Jeffrey Epstein purchased a more modest island - the Little St James - back in 1998, but subsequently obtained the larger Great St James in 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
This visual evidence reveal he had drawn up plans to develop the sprawling island by constructing residences, an open-air theater, an underwater office and a pool.
Visible on the blueprint is Pillsbury Sound, a waterway in the US Virgin Islands, noted on the bottom right.
This development map is annotated in notations in red and includes a legend detailing various parts of the property.
